Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • When booking services, we require a 25% deposit to guarantee your appointment and to prevent last minute cancellations and no shows.

  • We respectfully request a notice 24 hours prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

  • Same day appointments & appointments scheduled within the 24 hour window cannot be cancelled or rescheduled!

* Please familiarize yourself with our policy before calling or texting to schedule an appointment. *

    • We will ask for the Gift Certificate ID number at the time of scheduling the appointment to act as placeholder instead of putting down a deposit.

    • Failure to give a notice 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellation will result in a 25% deduction of the Gift Certificate value.

    • If you wish to keep the full Gift Certificate amount, you have the option of paying for the 25% cancellation/rescheduling fee.

    * NO REFUNDS on Gift Certificates, but they can be used towards any purchases or services that we offer.

    * DELUXE DAY SPA SALON & WAXING is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

    • Prepaying for a service is allowed, however prepaid services are non-refundable.

    • Failure to give a notice 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellation will result in a 25% deduction of what you prepaid.

    • If you wish to keep the full amount, you have the option of paying for the 25% cancellation/rescheduling fee.

    *NO REFUNDS on prepaid appointments, but they can be used towards any purchases or services that we offer.

    * In the case that the 24 hour cancellation policy is honored, the full amount that was paid will be kept in stores as credits that you can call in and use any time.

    • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

    • Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

    • In the case of a last minute cancellation, you will lose your deposit and it can not be used towards any future appointments.

    • In the case of rescheduling last minute, you will lose your deposit and you must pay a 25% rescheduling fee.

    * Last-Minute is considered anytime within the 24 hour window of your appointment.

    • If you missed your appointment, your deposit can not be used towards future appointments.
